Shipping Policy

Big Room Print Studio ships Australia-wide via express courier. All orders are printed at our studio in Mordialloc, Melbourne VIC 3195.

Production Time Standard orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days from artwork approval. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at hello@bigroomprintstudio.com.au before placing your order.

Shipping Times Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:

• VIC: 1–2 business days
• NSW, ACT, QLD, SA: 2–3 business days
• WA, NT, TAS: 3–5 business days

Shipping Rates

• Orders over $100: Free express shipping
• Orders under $100: Flat rate $10 express shipping

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please Note Production does not begin until your artwork has been approved. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
