No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account just lets you track your orders and reorder easily.

Contact us and we can discuss options. For large orders in particular, a sample print is worth considering. Get in touch and we'll work something out.

Yes. Enter your quantity in the price calculator and the price updates automatically. The more you order, the better the unit price. For very large runs, contact us for a custom quote.

We accept all file types. For stickers and anything with a cut line, we recommend vector files like EPS, AI, PDF or SVG. For raster files like PNG or JPG, a minimum resolution of 300dpi at final print size is recommended. Full details on our How to Order page.

Upload it anyway and we'll check it as part of the proofing process. If there's an issue we'll let you know before we print. If you need artwork assistance, contact us and we can discuss design services.

CMYK is preferred. If your file is in RGB we'll convert it, but colours can shift slightly in conversion. If colour accuracy is important, supply your file in CMYK.

For stickers and decals, add 3mm bleed on all sides. For wallpaper and large format prints, add 50mm bleed on all sides. Keep important content at least 3mm inside the cut line.

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof. We won't print anything until you've approved it.

We aim to send your proof within a few hours of receiving your order during business hours. Production starts once you approve.

Let us know and we'll revise it. We'd rather get it right than print something with an error in it.

Most orders are turned around within 48 hours of proof approval. Larger jobs like wallpaper and oversized banners take a little longer, and we'll confirm timing with you. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Orders over $100 ship free via Express Post. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10 via Express Post anywhere in Australia.

Yes. We're based at 18-20 Bond Street, Factory 1, Mordialloc VIC 3195. Contact us before ordering if you'd like to arrange pickup.

Yes. All stickers are printed on waterproof vinyl with UV resistant inks and a protective laminate finish.

Our Epson S9160 prints up to 1524mm (60 inches) wide. Length is unlimited. For products wider than 1524mm, we supply in panels that butt join for a seamless finish.

Yes. Gloss and matte laminate are available on all sticker products, and laminate is included in the price.

Yes. Upload your artwork file at checkout. We print whatever you supply, including logos, photographs, illustrations, patterns and custom designs.
