That said, we stand behind the quality of our work. If something arrives damaged, defective or not as approved in your proof, we'll fix it. No arguments, no runaround.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Print Defects
If the finished product has a print defect like colour banding, misprints, delamination or anything that shouldn't be there, contact us with photos and we'll reprint your order at no charge.
Not as Approved
We send a digital proof for approval before every order. If the finished product differs from your approved proof in a way that's our error, we'll reprint it at no cost. If the finished product matches your approved proof, we can't offer a reprint, so please review your proof carefully before approving.
- Change of mind
- Incorrect dimensions entered by the customer
- Artwork errors in customer-supplied files that were approved in the proof
- Colour variation within normal printing tolerances
- Damage caused by improper installation or use
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the problem
- We'll assess your claim and respond within one business day
- If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a reprint or replacement at no cost
